Founded in 1950 by Raymond Félix, the Manège de Begnins was the first equestrian centre between Lausanne and Geneva. Today, more than 75 years later, the third generation of the Félix family is here to provide you with top-quality facilities and services for your horses.
Our facilities are set in lush greenery, with a magnificent view over Lake Geneva, and are just two minutes from the Gland-Begnins motorway exit.

Our Services
Horse boarding
On separate premises from the Ponyclub, our customers and their horses benefit from modern, high-quality facilities. We offer the following services:
large horse stalls in spacious horse in well-lit and properly ventilated stables
indoor riding arena and outdoor arena with in-ground sprinkler system
grooming area with shower and solarium
over 40’000 m2 of large pastures
year-round winter sand paddocks
covered, illuminated lunging area
quality feed and fodder
personalised horse care
cafeteria (heated in winter) overlooking the covered riding arenas
24-hour horse surveillance service
Riding School and Ponyclub
On a site completely separate from the horse boarding facilities, the Pony Club has modern, high-quality facilities for safely practising this sport. From the age of 7, your children will be riding ponies that are suited to their size, age and skill level. They will have the opportunity to progress gradually from the introductory stage through dressage, vaulting and pony games to the advanced level. Preparation and examination for the FSSE (Fédération Suisse des Sports Equestres) dressage diploma and certificate.
Throughout the year, theme days and holiday camps during Easter, summer and autumn.
Conditions and fees
You can enrol and start lessons at our riding school at any time of the year. We are open from Monday to Saturday.
All subscriptions are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable. For the childrens’ security, riding helmets are mandatory and back protectors recommended.

Competition
Grand Prix rider and multiple dressage champion Marie Blockx is based at Manège de Begnins.
Customers can benefit from her services, whether to take lessons, work their horses, or even ride them in competition.
